Welcome to the Home of Portland Midwives. We are a group of three midwives who reside and practice Home Birth Midwifery in and around the Portland, Oregon area.  If you wonder if your area is one we serve please contact us and ask.

We care for mothers and babies prior to pregnancy, throughout their pregnancy, birth and until 6-8 weeks postpartum.

Please look over the pages of our midwives, doulas and monitrices, Tia, Jennifer and Jessica.  At this time Tia and Jennifer are taking clients who wish to have a homebirth/birth center birth.  Jessica is serving as a Doula Montrice to clients who wish to birth in the hospital but deisre to stay home and be monitored in labor thus optimizing their ability to birth naturally in the medical setting.

Each Midwife/Doula/Monitrice has a weblink to her individual practice with more information regarding the care they offer.  We will be updating this site with resources and information to aid you and your family in making informed choices in the care that you receive.
